Dependability

Abstract
At the Dagstuhl seminar Rance Cleaveland, executive director of the Fraunhofer Maryland, Inc., led a discussion about the construction of dependable systems. One issue, on which there was widespread agreement, was that dependability must be explicitly built into the product.
