# Standard acceptance letter template with instructions

Dear XXX,

I am very pleased to inform you that your paper "XXX" is ACCEPTED for publication in the Journal of Object Technology.

Please note that there are a few minor corrections to be made before the paper will be ready for publication (see attachment).

Please send me a zip file containing the sources of the final version of your paper as soon as possible.

Also, please take care to include Digital Object Identifiers for all cited papers.  If you are using the LaTeX version of the JOT template, be sure to include the doi field in the bibtex entry for each article, and to use the alphaurl bibliographic style, as explained in the JOT Manual.
