This issue contains the last of a series of columns by Lakshmi Prayaga (at least for awhile). I thank her and her coauthors for this informative series. We have another Guest Column in this issue that I believe you will enjoy. In addition, we have regular columns by Douglas Lyon, Mahesh Dodani, John McGregor, and me . We also have two short book reviews by Charles Ashbacher.
