Dear Readers,

Context-oriented programming and concept-oriented programming are two of the subjects presented among our feature-length papers. Three other interesting papers round out our usual five papers.

I have contributed an Educator's Corner paper dealing with the use of lambda expressions in C# 3.0 and its application to implementing an arithmetic function interpreter. Columns by our veteran columnists Won Kim, Douglas Lyon and John McGregor and our relatively new columnist Lakshmi Prayaga round out this issue.
