Dear Readers,

Three of our regular columnists have contributed to this issue plus a column of my own (Educator's Corner) and a Guest Column by Ivar Jacobson. I again thank these columnists for their timely and diligent work in sharing their thinking about interesting issues. I look forward to several other of our regular columnists returning with their work in forthcoming issues.
