Our two new columnists, Douglas Lyon (Fairfield
University) and John McGregor (Clemson University) continue their
work in
this issue. I welcome back Dave Thomas who again graces
our pages with his wisdom. It is also a pleasure to include columns
by our other “regulars” including Anthony Simons,
Won Kim, Mahesh Dodani, and Don Firesmith. I too have continued
my Educator’s Corner series in this issue. Our book reviewer,
Charles Ashbacher, has posted a review of Exploiting Software:
How to Break Code, by Greg Hoglund and Gary McGraw.
In addition
to these eight columns and book review we have four feature-length
papers. Summaries of each are included next to
their links.
