We start the 2004 publishing year with a full plate of published work including four feature-length papers, eight columns and a “Best of Books for 2003”. Please see the summaries of this work below each link.

I thank our columnists for their diligence in meeting our sometimes unpleasant deadlines and most importantly for the quality of their contributions. I look forward to their continued contributions in 2004.

Based on the increased number of submissions that are coming our way, it is obvious that JOT is vibrant and healthy. I thank our contributors for the high quality of submitted manuscripts and look forward to more of the same in this coming year.
